I’ve been promoting it in a way that highlights all the benefits of owning a franchise from the franchisee’s perspective. But God is looking for are those who will do it because it is what is best for His kingdom and His purpose. That is the entire reason why God put me in the Christian newspaper business for His glory. The whole mission of Heartbeat Christian News is to help His people to be strong in the faith that is in Christ Jesus by rightly dividing the word of God. And God has made a way for those who will be obedient to Him and help in this mission in other cities by becoming a franchisee with us. The Lord has made it possible for all of our franchisees to make a good living by owning a franchise in Heartbeat Christian News. He’s also made a way for the business side of it to be about as simple as owning a business can be. And the most important thing is that God is going to bless every franchisee who joins us.
Every aspect of the start, sustaining and growth of this newspaper can only be attributed to the grace and provision and miracles of God for 12 years. From our humble beginnings as a quarterly newspaper where everything was being laid out by hand and selling ads for $10 a month with no start up budget. To overcoming all the obstacles including my poor money management skills and the near impossible transition from quarterly to monthly just over 5 years ago. Last but not least, the miracle of God in supplying the money in 4 days for us to create a franchise out of this business so we could expand nationwide. To sum it all up, it’s not about what you want but what God expects from you.
